Teaching Practitioner is a program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia so that university graduates are better prepared to enter the world of work. This program encourages active collaboration of expert practitioners with champion lecturers in order to create a deep and meaningful exchange of knowledge and expertise between the academic community in universities and professionals in the world of work. This collaboration is carried out in courses delivered in classrooms both offline and online.

Janata Marina Indah Unit II is a shipyard, workshop ( Plate Workshop, Welding Workshop, Pipe Workshop, Machine Workshop, Equipment Workshop, Electrical Workshop, Mold Loft, Machine Factory and other Supporting Equipment. Other supporting equipment such as Car Crane, Forklift, truck / trailer, Tower Crane, Gantry Crane.
With information to support student learning programs Mr. Dr. Mohd Ridwan, ST, MT as the head of the Marine Construction Engineering Technology Study Program with Mr. Soeharto, AT, MT from PT. Janata Marina Indah, initiated to work together to make PT. JMI as a practice place for Marine Construction Engineering Technology students on February 29, 2024. The hope is that this program can add student experience before entering the world of work.
