Friday, August 23, 2024 32 Lecturers and Education Staff of Undip Vocational School passed the General K3 Expert certification organized by PT. Delta Indonesia Pranenggar together with the Ministry of Manpower. The number of participants in this activity was 32 Lecturers and Education Staff of Vocational School. This activity lasted for one month and was carried out Online and Offline.
A General K3 Expert (General Occupational Safety and Health Expert) is a professional who has expertise and certification in the field of occupational safety and health. They are responsible for ensuring that the work environment is safe and meets applicable safety standards. The activities studied during the training process consist of several chapters, namely the fields of building construction, electricity, Escalators and Elevators and Fire Fighting. Fields of Mechanical K3, Steam and Pressure Vessels, K3 Management System (SMK3), Institutions, and Expertise and Fields of Work Environment, Hazardous Materials (LKBB) and Occupational Health (Kesja).
With this training, it is expected that Vocational Schools will be able to create a better K3 Management System in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Equipment and technicians and Operators are in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards that have been regulated by the Ministry of Manpower.
