Competency Assessor Training is a training and certification program to manage an assessment center for an assessor. This activity aims to prepare assessors at the Undip Vocational School Professional Certification Institute. The certificate is issued by the National Professional Certification Board (BNSP). It is planned that every Undip student will be equipped with at least one certification as a step to prepare themselves before entering the world of work.
This activity was carried out from February 26 – March 1, 2024 and was attended by Mrs. Dr. Zulfaidah Ariany, ST, MT and Mr. Dr. Ir Bambang Sri Waluyo, M.Si. The activity began with the presentation of the material and ended with a competency test by the master assessor. The planned scheme is the New Ship Construction Design scheme, namely the drawing of floor drawings or mouldlofts. The purpose of this depiction of Mouldloft is to obtain the actual size of the drawing floor, which is a scale of 1: 1.
One example of taking a unit scheme is regarding a feasibility study for the construction of a new ship. This scheme is used to determine the feasibility of ships from a technical and economical point of view. According to Dr. Zulfaidah Ariany, ST, MT. Other schemes should be needed in its development to support other competencies.
